bali trip fave: potato head
A massive venue with something for everyone, heaps of space for the kids to do their own thing, friendly staff, seriously cool retro decor and fantastic people watching material! A MUST visit if in the Seminyak area!
the entrance - the whole facade is made up of old shutters
My fave cocktail was the Kookaburra (second photo)
More Bali posts to come! d x

Elsa's home
These pictures were taken in my aunty Elsa and her husband’s house. This is my favourite room in the house and we have spent many hours here eating dinner. I love the light in the room and Elsa has got the best taste in furniture and things. There is an undescribed feeling of peace and quiet when I come home to them. It’s the sort of place where you can really feel what you are feeling and the body allows you to completely relax. I wish everyone could experience it, but sometime I think that there is more to it. It must be all the happy childhood memories of summers and spending loads of time with my adorable cousins. Anyhow, just wanted to share these photos with you.

Love Apple Cider
This photo was taken at a small restaurant we went to on my birthday. It is a unique little place in the countryside surrounded by fields of apple trees. In the unlabelled bottle is a special apple cider which is produced by a small brewery in the area. It has got the best crisp apple taste! I love the old looking candle lantern next to the bottle, the colour is one of my favourites.

Memories from home
My parents have a lovely garden with lots of plants and flowers, as a child I can remember that we had a fairly structured and organised garden, but every time I come home I notice that another plant has been allowed to grow wild. I love it and I think it looks great, it’s more relaxed and I like the look of plants and flowers that grow close together without anyone that has been there with a trimmer. The pictures above were taken on one of my relaxed days at home in Sweden where I could just be me for a while and walk around bare feet in mum and dads garden.

Parisienne shoes
I thought I’d show you girls my new suede loafers I bought in Sweden. They are really comfy and I love the colour! I found them in a little shop in Kristianstad when I was out shopping with Josefin and Alicia. We had a lovely day out and I enjoyed the Swedish fashion. I love coming home to see what the fashion is like, I can sit for hours at a cafĂ© and just enjoy the gentle sun and people watch. That’s the best way to check up on the current trends!

whoopieeeeeee
A whoopie is apparantly a cross between a cupcake & a cookie! I had spotted them at the cupcake stall at the farmers market a few weeks ago, and they've had me curious ever since. This morning Harley, Soobs and I took a walk down to the market for my morning coffee, picked up a whoopie to try, and headed to the park for a play. The verdict: yummo, but was expecting a bit more crumble for my bite.. it really is the texture of a cupcake, with yummy icing stuff in the middle. Thats it. Harley liked it too!

Hope you are having a lovely long weekend friends!
