AVOCADO?!
yeah.. I didn’t believe it either, but after seeing a few recipes on Raw Food blogs I had to try it. I just had to!
So I did! And honestly, I’m shocked. I didn’t think it would turn out any good. I was expecting a weird avocado taste, but it’s really nice and chocolately!
Nutritionally avocados aren’t "light" but this isn’t about a low calorie pudding alternative. This is more about finding a way to eat more whole, nutrient foods and for it to still taste like a naughty chocolate desert!
1 ripe avocado
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tsp organic agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp soy milk
pich of sea salt
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Done!
